3D Surface Metrology — Keyence VR-Series One-Shot 3D Macroscope

Sub-micron-resolution 3D measurement of every critical mark feature: depth, profile, surface roughness, and volumetric material removal. Quantitative inspection data accompanies every shipment. We don’t approve marks by eye — we measure them.

High-Magnification Optical Inspection — Keyence VHX Digital Microscope

Up to 6000x magnification with full-depth composition imaging. Every mark is verified for contrast, edge definition, and the absence of subsurface damage. Documented high-resolution images for every production lot — the same images your auditors will see during a 21 CFR Part 820 review.

UDI Verification — AIM DPM-1-2006 / ISO/IEC 29158

We measure all seven AIM DPM grading parameters in-house: symbol contrast, modulation, reflective margin, axial non-uniformity, grid non-uniformity, module growth, and unused error correction. We don’t ship a mark we haven’t graded.
